The F” Word!
I am sure that many of you had some nasty thoughts?
I read a Blog post by Jon Olson the other day about the “
F” word and I thought it would be a good subject here.
The great mysterious “F” word is FOCUS!

FOCUS is missing in so many peoples mind.
If you are trying to build a business on the Internet then you must focus.
If you do nut focus on your goal then you will never get anywhere.
I see so many people waste their time and energy because they are not FOCUSED!

I see people on line trying to build a business but the let every new crappy website distract them from the job at hand.
I do understand the temptation when you see a new flashy website flash in front of you when surfing the web or trying to accumulate credits!
Do not let temptation take control, instead FOCUS!

There are so many things to confuse and distract you, websites specially designed to do that, stop you when you have other important things to do, but they are good, but be strong and focused all the time.
Stopping to look at an interesting website while you are working is not good.
Bookmark the site and look at it later when you have done your job.

You do not want to be spinning your wheels when you should be doing something productive.
It took me a long time to learn to stay FOCUSED while working.
Bookmark, as you surf and stay, on course never waiver, just stay FOCUSED!

The Choice Is Yours

Your day is full of choices have you noticed?
How do you select the right ones?
Not easy? Right?
But you still need to make the choice.

This is what we all have to cope with on a daily basis.
Lot of people can’t handle this, then turn to addictions.
Others become workaholic’s or other type of fanatic even worse that dope or booze!
Then there are the run of the mill people that have problems with choices like what to have for dinner to night.
Or what dress would I buy, not easy to decide.

Then are people that have to deal with life and death choices on a daily basis.
The ER doctor the police man the firefighter and others that find them self’s in situations not of their own making but they still have to make a tough choice.
Possibly a life or death choice
You see that life is so full of choices every day.

Now here is a question for you does it take you a long time to make a choice about simple things that you need to deal with on a daily basis?
Or do decide right away without thinking?
I have been thinking about this without reaching a conclusion.

I do both sometimes decide on the spur of the moment, other times it can take me a long time to decide what do.
I wonder if that is the same with most people?

Here is a true story about a farm hand working for a farmer that was a widower; the farmer had two good-looking daughters.
The farm hand worked there for years and then one day the farmer got sick on his death bed he asked the farm hand to take care of his daughters.
I was in his eightieth birthday and someone asked him why he never married one of the daughters because they both were very good looking and intelligent.
And he replayed I could never make up my mind about which one to choose.
One day one of would do something and I thought she is the one.
But then the other one did something that changed my mind about the other one.
So the years went by and our good-looking young man woke up day he was 80 years old unmarried and alone, both sisters had passed away.

I think that this tells you that you need to make a decision right now.
Start your home-based business or just follow the farm hand.
Wake up day others are making it in their own businesses and you are not.

IT IS BRAND NEW! You see this headline daily. It is brand spanking new New seems to be the order of the day. Why would a new business be more attractive than a well-established business? I find this very strange.

The same with pre-launches and secrets I love the Internet. Some of the crap you see on here is amazing. This was on this morning”ex homeless man picks up $ 200.whever he wants” so can you! I love it. There are great home-based businesses out there that have been around for decades and consistently pay their members every month.

Then why would you go and join a new business that has no track record and most likely will go broke in six months. Is it the excitement of something new? Or is it the fun of running around like a headless chicken? These people have lost their focus most likely they do not have a plan. That is a scary way to operate.

The right way to go about creating wealth is to find a good well established home-based business. Once you have found your business then focus on that business and that business only. Promote it like crazy in Traffic Exchanges List Builders and where you find a place to advertise your business. It is not easy to start a business; it takes focus determination and diligence and never gives up. I know you see these beautiful websites promising you endless riches just by joining a new business that no one does nothing about, talk about dumb! What are you thinking, if anything? It all takes a effort there are no free lunches if you are thinking that you can make money by just joining every new so called business opportunity, than you are living a fog.

Build your business following time-tested ways, find a good well established business, either affiliate or network marketing. Then create a business plan, you can find great templates by going to Google. Then you must control the urge to jump to every new business that comes along. Then focus, focus and focus on your business. Let nothing distract you from your mission. I can tell you that starting a new business is going to take at least one year possibly more. But if you do this right then you will have a vibrant business generating a good monthly income. Do not let these new, new businesses distract you from your course stick with it never give up your dream of owning your own home-based business! I wish you great success now and in the future!

Luck Has Nothing To Do With It, Or Does it?

What do you think?

I sometimes feel like some people have all the luck, right?

My feeling is that you create your own luck.

Positive people have more
“luck” than the negative ones.

I think it has more
to do with your outlook on life.

Not some “luck”

Also “lucky” people tent to be more aggressive and work
harder there by creating their own luck.

Everyone knows the couch potato that always has his or her
mouth open with his or her own miserable hard “luck” story.

They are always complaining about how life is treating them
unfairly because they never have any “luck” because of this or that but never
their fault.

They talk like they know everything don’t even try to talk
to them about the facts because they know everything much better than everyone
else.

The Positive person checks the facts reaches a conclusion
and creates their own “luck” not complaining about how everyone else has it
much better than they.

If you have this feeling that everything is working against
you and you never have any “luck” then reexamine your self and try to look at
life in a positive way.

I am sure that life sometimes deals you a lousy hand, but
try looking at the positive sites and your outlook will change.

Ten years ago I had a bad stroke I was as close to veggie as
you can be, I had to relearn everything simple things like walking was a chore.

The most stupid thing was when the therapist told me to get
dressed.

She handed me a pair of my underwear and “said put them on”
I took them with my right hand and that was as far as I got I had no idea how
to put this thing on, it was so frustrating in one site of my brain I knew what
to do, but some other part could not figure out how to do this simple task.

To make a long story short I could have given up right there
but I had this urge to get going and not to give up I had a positive outlook on
life.

To day I am doing great
I still have problems with some simple functions sometimes I drool LOL
because the left side of my body is still learning, what the heck I just laugh
and enjoy life.

There was a man in rehab at the same time as I but he had
this negative outlook on everything he is still in a wheelchair still
complaining about everyone and everything all in all a miserable human being never
smiles never laughs and I think his “luck” ran out a long time ago everything
was someone’s else’s fault that he is the way he is.

Thankfully I can’t go to visit him anymore, it was so
depressing to see how being negative can destroy your life.

If he had been positive, I am sure he would be doing great.

I think it is all in your mind how lady “luck” loves you or
not.

I hear a lot about how everyone is struggling, are you?

The world economy is not so good as a matter of fact it is
downright scary.

I am not going to change the world economy but it still

Are you thinking about starting a business?

I am curious and wound likes to know.

I am a online business owner my self.

I have seen a lot of change in the last two years or so.

It is hard to sign up new recruits.

In the current
situation people are not ready to invest.

Look at the housing market in the USA and I understand it is
the same in many other countries.

So investing is not a priority with most people.

Unemployment is rampant in most countries.

So the outlook is gloomy to say the least.

The other thing to do is to look outside the box!

That is what I have been doing these past few days.

I was thinking that starting a new business now is the right
way to go.

Go-slow invest only minimal amounts of money.

When I say slow I wean slow.

When I see the
economy slowly getting better.

Then people will start thinking about a new business and/or
expanding an existing business.

That will put us in the perfect position to recruit new
members to our business.

We will have an established business ready to absorb the new
prospects.

I think that we will be in the right position to help the
new people.

Now this is only my take on the situation.

I would be very
interested to hear your ideas.

The other side is not doing anything just wait and see.

This is an other way but I think that is the loser’s way.

By the time you would be ready to go everyone else is also
going full speed ahead.

And you will miss the boat.

Are You A Working Stiff?

Do you know the difference between income and residual income?
There is a lot of difference.
If you are a working stiff
Clock in 5 days a week and get a biweekly check, a good one I hope.
Most checks are way to small.

Don’t you agree?
Income is something you get in exchange for your time.
If you are lucky you get a nice check in exchange for your time.
I for some reason or an other your checks stop coming.
You are laid off, get sick or quit.

Then you are screwed no income.
Residual income on the other hand keeps on paying you forever.
You do something once like you sell a monthly subscription.
You are an affiliate in a business that people pay a monthly fee you could get a monthly percent from your down line.

Many join a affiliate business where they buy a monthly auto ship.
All these could potentially give you residual income
Once you have set up your business and get a down line you are in good shape.
You can forget the time clock; you are finally your own boss.

You still need to work but in your own business.
You set the hours.
You decide when to take a break
You the boss and never forget that.

Life without time clocks is great.
You set your schedule.
Ten o’clock in the morning you say to your spouse honey the weather is so beautiful lets go to the beach and have lunch at a nice restaurant. And watch the ocean.
That is what I call living the dream.

On one hand a working stiff, then you, working your business on your own schedule.
I love the life of the online business owner.
We work hard play hard but enjoy our life without time clocks.
The kids come home from school and you are ready to play with your kits for an hour or so.

The working stiff next door is still driving home from work, so tired does not have the energy to play with the kids.
Just wants to crash on the couch and watch TV.
What a difference in life style.
What is your preference is it not time for you to seriously look into the home business life style?
Look into it you have nothing to loose, but a lot to gain.
I always help people that are serious and want the home business life style to get going and need help.

Just imagine you self-working in your own business instead of getting up at all hours of the night it is dark cold and the drive to work.

You look out the window and there is the working stiff getting ready to leave for work and the time clock.
You pour your self a cup of Joe and go to your office and power up the computer, you check your e-mails wow you have new members in your down line.

You log into your online banking and check your balance, very nice.
What a difference in life style.
It is your choice.
I made mine and have never looked back.

Do You Like Helping Others?
One of the most important requirements for anyone hoping to earn a living on line
is the desire to help others succeed.
Where most marketers fail is not taking care of their down lines.
Nothing is worse than being ignored by your up or down lines.

Ignoring people is rude and not the way to grow any business.
Just think about that for a while.
You just joined a new business, you are looking over the training material, and you have a question.
You e-mail your sponsor and you wait for a reply but none comes.

Same thing with new sign ups you send a welcome e-mail and offer them help and nothing happens no response.
This is so rude.
How can you expect to operate a business and not communicate with your associates?
I guess I must be dense I do not get it.

What gives you the idea that you can run a business without communicating?
How are you going to help your new recruits if you can’t tell them what to do?
What about questions?
I think you should forget about starting a business.

How long do you think you will retain your new recruits if you just use the silent treatment ?
I know silence is golden,
But a pot full of gold is not going to help your down line understand your system.
Silence is not good in business,

Don’t try to tell me that you don’t need to communicate.
It is easy to sign up for an opportunity; many are free then just let it sit.
Hoping that someone will join you.
Then you give them the silent treatment.

People like that are the 97% centers that give Internet businesses a bad name.
They never do anything blaming everything on someone else.
Spewing hateful propaganda about haw the Internet is full of scammers and swindlers that is why they never made any money.

They fail to tell you that they are lazy and wont make the effort to communicate or help others.
The Internet is full of armchair bums that are not willing to make an effort.
They always expect others to carry their load.
They are crybabies always whining.

I hate it when one of them drops in to one of my down lines.
They never respond to e-mails never want to do any work.
Really a royal pain
I wish I could figure out how to get rid of them.
One good thing about them is that they never bother you.

I can’t know what their thought process is but it is strange
It defies all logic.
On line businesses are people businesses you have to interact with others.
You must communicate.

Can you imagine coming in to a store ask a question and the sales person just ignores you?
Do you think you will ever go to that place again?
I don’t think so.

How Do You See Yourself?

Struggling? Not getting anywhere?
Or positive up beat person on the way up?
Your success or failure depends on you mind set.
Is your glass half full or half empty?

The glass of a positive person is always half full, the negative one half empty..
Things could always be worse.
If you are feeling sorry for your self think of a person that is worse off than you.
It is usually easy watch the evening news.

Always think positive and dream big.
Think about your goals or plans.
If you don’t have a plan or goals, that is a sad situation.
Sit down and start writing, what you want out of life?

Do you have dreams? Of course you do.
Everyone has dreams wrote them down on a piece of paper.
Write every thing down that comes to your mind.
Crazy or not write it down.

Take your time let your imagination run wild you can always edit.
Main thing is to get started and write and write.
Visualize your self in the place where you would like to be.
Next year, two years from now main thing is get your dreams on paper.

There you have your goals then you plan around your dreams.
How do I get there?
What road should I take?
It can be hard to figure this out.
Take your time

Are you working? Full time? Part time? Or unemployed?
Don’t like your current situation?
What can you do to make your life better?
Here is where you set your goals.

Where do I want to be in one year, two years or five years?
Dream and visualize then start planning.
Do not set your self-goals that you know you won’t achieve.
That is setting your self up for failure.

Take little baby steps just like a baby learning to walk.
That is really what you are doing, learning to walk.
Take your time think about each step.
This can feel over whelming at first but in the long run is the right way to go.
If you fail to plan you are planning to fail.
Do not let that happen to you.
And always believe in your self never quit nor give up.
Success could be right around the corner.

The step you did not take could have been the one that made you successful.
You never know how close you were if you quit.
If you have been promoting a business, spent months on promoting and you quit.
How do you know that the prospect that you did not get is making lots of money for your completion?

You will never know will you?
That is the reason that you need to stick with a business at least a year to see how it will turn out.
I had a person in one of my down lines that had worked hard and promoted a lot but quit after 5 months two days after that we received a random sign up that would have been placed in that persons down line.
That random sign up now 2 years later in making hundreds for the next person in line the quitter is still loosing residual income because she quit.

Be positive never quit stick with it for at least a year.
Nothing is better than a home based business.

Why would you not use your picture to promote your self and your business?
I see so many examples of people using a picture of anything else than them self’s.
I wonder why?
Do you think you are ugly?
Are you shy?

What could be the reason for that?
You are the best brand for your business.
There are so many businesses that let people place a photo on the website.
People should use that opportunity to brand them self’s.
What do you think when you a picture of a dog instead of a person on a website?

I think this person is not trying to operate a business butt is just a hobbyist.
They most likely are the type that does not respond to correspondence.
Writing a short e-mail is too much of a bother.
In their mind I guess they think they are great business people.

Use your own picture not some other picture.
You are not doing your self any favors
Don’t use a picture of your beautiful dog or your child.
I wont do business with a dog or a baby, but a person that I can communicate with.
When I see someone “hiding” behind a picture of something beside a person I lose interest

Same thing in traffic exchanges where people can publish their picture you see so many people use pictures of other things that them self’s.
I see cartoon characters, landscapes, babies, dogs and other animals.
Use your own picture brand your self it is a good advertisement.
Always use your own picture.

I guess you don’t care but that is fine.
If your sponsor e-mails you please reply the same goes for your sponsor if you need help your sponsor should reply as soon a possible and help you.
Doing business on the Internet is different from the old brick and mortar businesses.

There you would just go to the place of business and talk to the people.
On the Internet on the other hand your sponsor or your down line could be thousands of miles away, in a different country or continent.
That is the reason that you have to communicate usually by e-mail or IM but you must communicate if you are going to get anywhere in an online business.

That is the reason you need to learn how to communicate with your partners.
What ever your business is you need to stay in touch.
One of the reasons some people do so good in their Internet business is that they communicate with the people in their up and down lines
Unresponsive people in your business are frustrating everyone else and usually they never get very far and end up as 97% centers.
